Our Floor Care covers a wide range of floor types including tile, quarry, stone, wood. vinyl, concrete, to specialty non-slip & epoxy finished floors popular in medical/surgical rooms. We offer daily cleaning to periodic maintenance. Faith Janitorial Corporation has a full line of state-of-the-art floor maintenance equipment. We use high speed burnishers, walk behind automatic floor scrubbers, rotary floor buffers, & more to get the job done properly. Our floor care team is constantly being trained on new floor care technology, techniques, & equipment to give our customers the best results possible.
High-Speed Burnishing: The buffing of finished (waxed) floors using high-speed burnishers. This service helps maintain a “wet look” while helping to eliminate scuff & heel marks.
Machine Cleaning: Thorough scrubbing or cleaning using our floor machines or automatic floor scrubbers.
Stripping & Waxing: The stripping & waxing process begins with stripping off old wax, dirt. grit, and grime build-up down to the bare floor. Then refinishing with a sealant, wax, or both depending on the floor type and use. It takes a skilled and knowledgeable individual or individuals to perform these duties. When done properly the results are amazing! Floors are machine cleaned, scrubbed, or stripped (depending upon service chosen). Professional equipment and products are used. Please allow proper drying time of at least 2 hours if a sealant or finish is applied to floors. In addition, only neutral cleaners should be used on any finished (professionally waxed) floors. Once finish is applied to floors there will need to be regular maintenance of sweeping & damp-mopping, machine cleaning, buffing, burnishing, and/or occasional stripping (needed whenever the finish changes coloring, wears, or thins; usually between 1-2 years depending upon the traffic and regular maintenance on the floors….some locations require even more frequent). Finished floors may also be machine buffed or burnished to enhance the shine and/or remove scuff & heel marks.
